Delivery

Delivery, shipment and transfer of risk

In case the merchandise is available, the Seller will send it as quickly as possible, that is, within a period of 1 to 14 working days. If the merchandise is not in stock, the Seller will send it as soon as possible, depending on the manufacturer's availability. The delivery period is subject to the availability of the merchandise by the Seller, which in turn depends on the manufacturer delivering the merchandise duly and within the specified period. In special and isolated cases, the delivery time can be delayed a maximum of 4 weeks.

The binding delivery deadlines require to be agreed in writing.

1. If it is impossible to carry out the shipment for reasons beyond the responsibility of the Seller, once the Customer reports that the goods have been made available to him, it is considered that the contract has been complied with. The delivery period could be delayed in case of force majeure, transport or operation problems, strikes, lack of raw materials or similar. If the delay lasts more than four weeks from the date of completion of the contract, either party reserves the right to terminate the contract.

2. If the requested goods are not available, the Seller reserves the right to carry out partial deliveries, assuming the costs derived from them, provided that the Consumer expresses its agreement in this regard.

3. Orders placed after Friday will be sent on Monday of the following week.
